LEEDS ROAD, BRAMHOPE

Our client approached us with a simple remit; they needed project management for refurbishment of a 1930's detached property in the outskirts of Leeds.

Dartwood produced plans for the refurbishment and worked closely with the building contractor carrying out the works - regular site inspections were carried out whilst liaising with the client, one of whom was based in London and therefore a regular site diary with images of the progress of the works was provided.

Outline planning permission was discussed for a 4 bedroom dwelling to be constructed in the grounds; Dartwood supplied design services for this element of the works, too!
