We were asked to assist with an application for planning consent for change of use from office to clinic for cosmetic treatments; and we were only too happy to help! While measuring the building, our client asked about the process for getting permission for some illuminated building signage - which can be tricky, but we like a challenge!

Dartwood produced scale floor plans and elevation drawings for our client and submitted a planning application to Rochdale Council, which was granted approval. We were successful in getting permission for illuminated signage too!
